Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, accessories, manuals, and original packaging intact.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery:

  • Personal care products
  • Beauty and hygiene products
  • Innerwear
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable”

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Share photographs or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup (where available) or provide return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • A manufacturing defect

Avskart will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns due to other eligible reasons, return shipping charges may apply, depending on the circumstances.


Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be refused if:

  • The returned product is used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging or accessories.
  • The return request is made after the eligible return period.
  • The product falls under the non-returnable category.
