Order Cancellation by Customers
You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation:
- Contact our customer support as soon as possible after placing your order.
- Provide your order number and registered email address or phone number.
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
Orders That Have Already Been Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to keep the product, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and the eligibility requirements stated therein.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled before shipment without any cancellation charges.
Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases at Avskart.
Cancellation by Avskart
Avskart reserves the right to cancel any order in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Product is out of stock.
- Pricing or product information errors.
- Payment could not be verified.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Delivery is not possible to the provided address.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or courier disruptions).
If Avskart cancels a prepaid order, a full refund will be issued.
Modification of Orders
If your order has not yet been processed, you may contact our customer support to request changes such as:
- Shipping address
- Contact details
- Quantity (subject to availability)
Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.
